Rose Steele is the Vice President and CFO of Landry & Bogan.  She is also the firm's specialist in programming and facility planning, leading workshops for Owners and users, City planners, University personnel and user groups to discover the true needs of the users and translate them into a detailed building program.

She also provides venue interior design, including audience and stage configuration, seating and sightlines, exiting and code compliance in addition to consulting on space designs and equipment layouts; make-up and dressing rooms and production shops, and ADA compliance related to assembly spaces.

Rose joined Landry & Bogan in 1987 after a theatrical history including acting and directing, stage management, stage carpentry, Artistic Directorship of the Pacific Actors Company (1988-1993) and Board and Advisory Board service for the Shady Shakespeare Theatre Company (now Silicon Valley Shakespeare.)  She is a member of American Society of Theatre Consultants and the chair of the USITT Ideal Theatre Competition committee.
